Building 25
University at Albany

Constructed in 1968, Building 25 is a 26,000 square foot, two-story building with a partial basement. Formerly a health center, the building was renovated to be used as surge space and contains classrooms, offices, and administrative and support space for two academic departments. The facade of this historic building was restored, and the windows and roof were replaced.

The project achieved LEED Platinum Certification from the USGBC and received a Design Award from AIA Eastern New York.
