LEED Certified
JMZ Senior Associate Jean Stark, AIA, is a LEED Accredited Professional. LEED is a Green Building Rating System accepted as the national standard for designing, constructing, and certifying high-performance, sustainable buildings. New York State Executive Order 111
EO111 requires that all State building projects make a good-faith effort to achieve a minimum level of points on the LEED Green Building Rating System. The LEED system is voluntary for private development, but can be used as a guideline for achieving a green building.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority is a public benefit corporation that helps New York State utility customers solve their energy and environmental problems through research, products, programs, and funding opportunities.
