USGBC is the nation’s foremost coalition of building industry leaders working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. LEED Certified
JMZ Senior Associate Jean Stark, AIA, is a LEED Accredited Professional. LEED is a Green Building Rating System accepted as the national standard for designing, constructing, and certifying high-performance, sustainable buildings. Based on well-founded scientific standards, LEED emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Stark has the expertise to design your buildings to meet LEED project certification requirements.

New York State Executive Order 111
EO111 requires that all State building projects make a good-faith effort to achieve a minimum level of points on the LEED Green Building Rating System. The LEED system is voluntary for private development, but can be used as a guideline for achieving a green building.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority is a public benefit corporation that helps New York State utility customers solve their energy and environmental problems through research, products, programs, and funding opportunities.
