Principal

Since joining JMZ in 1994, Jim has managed the technical aspects of many of the firm's largest and most complicated projects. He also heads the firm’s IT department. Jim’s education at Wentworth Institute of Technology and his background in construction provides him with a unique combination of aesthetic sensitivity and technical savvy. He is a talented architect and project manager who has a keen eye for detail and is skilled at producing concise, complete construction documents. His projects include Kaplan Hall at SUNY Orange’s Newburgh Branch Campus, SUNY Plattsburgh’s Ice Rink Renovations, and Empire State College’s new 2 Union Avenue building in Saratoga Springs.
